Built a hinge down kicker bracket with their electric actuators. Been using them in the salt water environment for a year now and they still look/operate as new. Nice quality stuff.

We originally used another vendor's linear actuator which they recommended for our hood opening mechanism. After spending hours doing the install it failed miserably. We then contacted Progressive Automations and were immediately assured their engineered Hall sensor actuators would do the job. Since installation the actuators, controller, remotes and rocker switch have worked flawlessly. They saved us countless hours of research and development. Their technical and sales personnel are great and respond immediately. We wouldn't think of using another manufacturer's product.

Our company has been working with Progressive Automations for a year now, and each order has been a great experience. We have had two issues that required attention from the company: One product was damaged in shipping, and one was missing a power cord. Each of these issues were resolved ASAP with no issue (David in customer service is always helpful and quick to respond with the answer we need) We will continue to work with Progressive Automations for our linear actuator needs.

Extremely helpful!! seriously would not have been able to complete my project without them. The are so many other places online to buy actuators, but I have not found any that will walk you though the application to understand you needs and make sure your project is successful beyond the first month of use. I have purchased dozens of components and actuators from them. I was really impressed with the customer service as well when I had an order lost for days. They took care of me and my client by sending out replacement parts, only to find out later it was a UPS error. I could go on, but you get the point !! Place the order and stop looking!

Progressive Automations provided excellent support for my recent actuator project. I purchased a 24V linear actuator to open and close a hidden pantry. Due to my faulty installation, the motor burned out on our first try. PA ordered a new 24V motor to exchange for the 12V spare I had purchased and installed it for free. I'm very pleased with their post purchase product support. Thanks again PA!

In my past experiences with similar companies, as a small volume client I have been treated as less important by other companies. Joyfully this was not the case with Progressive Automations. Everything was shipped out extremely fast, and even dealing with a small partial return was a pleasant experience. The products are solid, and the customer service is just outstanding. I would strongly recommend PA Inc to anyone with automation needs. I look forward to my future orders with them.

An excellent company to work with! I'm just one guy, with a small project, and needed some guidance. I called numerous times with questions regarding my project, and every time spoke with someone who was polite, professional, and could answer all my questions. The engineers and sales staff are professional and knowledgeable. We lost a mounting guard during assembly and their team managed to locate one and get it to us in a couple days at no cost. Great service!

Sales was a bit spotty and quick to get a sale. Once I got in touch with engineering they were able to get me the correct components and ultimately a working product. Great support after sale, just could have gotten it right the first time with a bit more upfront help.

I was excited to discover a vendor of actuators so close to my shop and I have found the value of the product, quality of the documentation, reliably meets specifications and the helpfulness of the staff excellent for this sort of thing. I bought 2 actuators with hall switches and a synchronized control box and it works perfectly. Had a small problem 1 year later and Progressive fixed it right away with no charge. Everyone at Progressive is great and I would recommend them to everyone. Top notch company. Thanks Progressive team.
